Rates are payable in advance. No prorating of weekly or monthly rates.

An additional per day electrical usage fee is applicable to all rates.

An additional charge will apply for parties over two people.

All overnight guests must be registered with the office.

Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within seventy two hours of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. No refunds on early departures.

Payments are acceptable by cash, credit card or debit card. We do not accept personal or business checks.

Payment is due on due date by check out time, unless approved by the manager. Customers needing a late checkout time must make arrangements prior to their check out time. Rent not paid on due date will automatically be figured on a daily rate basis. Late charges apply to all rent and/or utility payments not paid in full on due date.

All pets must be approved. Deposits are required on some pets. Campers and their guests who have pets must check in at office and register all pets. Deposits are refundable upon departure only.
